Sustainable Birch Antipasto Platter with 'Shou Sugi Ban' detail
These elegant platters are made from sustainably grown Birch. The perfect presentation base for a delicious antipasto spread or grazing board. When not supporting your melting Brie, you can place it on your coffee or dining table as a stunning centrepiece to be admired by all.
The dark platters are finished on both sides using the 'Shou Sugi Ban' method which originated in Japan and involves burning the wood to make it more resilient.
The raw platter has a smooth finish which highlights the beautiful natural woodgrain.
Handmade in Sydney by Designer Mark Gunning, we are delighted to stock it as part of our Ekologi Artist Collection.
